Support End Users’ PCs, workstations and network infrastructures.
Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, installation checklists including customer reviews.
Attend post implementation and support service requests.
Perform server security audits, system backup procedures and other recovery processes in accordance with the customers disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, processes and installation steps.
Provide orientation and training to customers for all modified and newly installed systems.
Update call management system with service timing, resolution steps performed.
Update Implementation timesheets.
Keep up to date on skills and certifications.
Creating SOW for the projects and defining the prerequisites and timeline.
Knowledge & Experience:
Bachelor’s of Engineering in IT. Master’s Degree will be an asset.
3+ years of experience in Desktop Support role.
UAE or Middle East Market experience is advantageous.
